BIOGRAPHY

GAGAN SINGH IS A PARTNER AT DBS LLP.

Gagan brings considerable value to his clients through his business acumen, negotiation skills, and a holistic perspective that sets him apart as a strategic advisor for diverse transactions. He has an extensive background in secured lending and real estate transactions acting on the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial, retail, industrial, office and multi-family properties. Gagan also has experience in a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters including incorporations, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, corporate reorganizations, partnerships and shareholder agreements.

Gagan obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Gagan participated in the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic where he worked alongside lawyers to advise early-stage entrepreneurial ventures on matters related to corporate structuring, drafting agreements, and financing strategies. Prior to founding DBS LLP, Gagan articled and worked as an associate at a full-service firm in the Real Estate and Corporate Law Groups.

Outside of his legal practice, Gagan runs a multinational corporation with a network of golf courses in Canada and the United States. Gagan has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and marketing.
