BIOGRAPHY
HARKIRT SINGH DHADDA IS A PARTNER AT DBS LLP.
Harkirt’s practice encompasses all areas of civil and commercial litigation, including advising clients on real estate disputes, breach of contract matters, shareholder disputes, mortgage enforcement and estate litigation. In his practice, Harkirt speaks to matters at all levels of court in Ontario and has represented clients at appeals, trials, and motions. Harkirt also represents clients in mediations and arbitrations on a case by case basis.
Prior to founding DBS LLP, Harkirt worked as an Associate at a boutique litigation Firm in Toronto, specializing in commercial and estate litigation. He completed his articles at a large full-service litigation firm in Toronto where he gained invaluable trial experience. Harkirt completed his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School with a specialization in Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Administration of Justice.
Outside of work, Harkirt is an active member in his local community. Along with his Partners, Harkirt runs a non-profit organization aimed at giving back to the community and engaging students with after school sports activities. Harkirt is also a co-founder of the Punjabi Lawyers Association (PLA), providing continuous guidance and mentorship to law students as they begin their legal journey.
