BIOGRAPHY

Pulkit Sahi is an Associate in the Real Estate and Corporate Law group at DBS LLP.

His practice focuses on the purchase, sale, and financing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as corporate real estate transactions. Pulkit provides clients with tailored advice on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing agreements, and corporate structuring, including mergers and shareholder agreements.

Pulkit earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, he volunteered at a legal clinic assisting with social disability cases and competed in the Dentons Negotiation and International Negotiation Competitions, placing in the semi-finals. These experiences strengthened his advocacy skills and practical legal knowledge. Before joining DBS LLP, Pulkit summered and articled at a full-service business law firm in the GTA, where he gained experience in real estate law, corporate law, and civil litigation.

Outside of the office, Pulkit enjoys staying active through weight training, hiking, and taking his dog for walks.
