BIOGRAPHY

PRABHJOT SINGH BADESHA IS A PARTNER AT DBS LLP.

Prabhjot has built a robust practice that encompasses all areas of civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on commercial and real estate litigation. He is a trial-tested and fearless advocate for his clients. Prabhjot has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in Ontario on motions, trials and appeals. He represents individuals, small businesses and large corporations in a variety of complex and high-stakes matters.

Prior to founding DBS LLP, Prabhjot worked in the litigation group of a full service law firm. He completed his articles in-house with a multinational corporation where he gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and litigation at all levels of court up to and including the Supreme Court of Canada. Prabhjot completed his J.D at Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, he specialized in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Administration of Justice curricular stream.

Outside of work, Prabhjot is an active member in his local community. Prabhjot is a co-founder of the Punjabi Lawyers Association (PLA). He also runs a non-profit organization aimed at giving back to the community and providing youth with access to after-school sports activities.
